Why I can not Order Payoneer Prepaid Card?

Why I can not Order Payoneer Prepaid Card? I have no prepaid card option in my payoneer account.
I loaded $100 USD dollar from another payoneer account. Would you like to solve my problem? And I've uploaded a screenshot of my account. Please solved this problem it's very helpful for me.

Hello,

Have you done the ID Verification while creating your account? Because I believe you should receive a card shipping confirmation right after you successfully create an account.

HI,
To be eligible for finding the Card option you need to verify your identity with Payoneer. Verify your account with your ID card issued by government, verify your address according to requirements of Payoneer. After getting your account verified then you can apply for the Card.

Next, after applying for card , you will get notification from officially as follows:

"Congratulations! Your application for a Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard® card has been approved"

I was upload each and everything they want to need. But yet i have no Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard ordered option. Really i am very upset. Why i can't ordered my card? i can't find any way to solve this problem. :(

Your first $100, did you receive it from another Payoneer account holder or from an ewallet? If so, this would be the reason why.

There are many different ways to receive payments that will count towards your eligibility for ordering the card, however payments received from the two sources mentioned above will not count towards this.
