Bank withdrawals.

I all I am SO desperate. I have been contacting support for the last week.
Whenever I try withdraw to my bank account it says I must activate my card. This is a new account, I don't have a card. I am so desperate.
They keep sending me automated response that does NOT work!
I am desperate for these funds.

    Once you receive and activate the card that has been ordered for you then you will be able to withdraw the funds to your personal bank account. The estimated arrival dates for the card have been sent to you in an email.

    Hi there, I would like to cancel the card and rather have a normal account so I can exchanged the money NOW. How can this be done. I am so tired of automated emails. I need to deal with a human being. PLEASE assist.
  • Since the card is already on your account we can not take it off. You will need to receive and activate the card that has been ordered for you and then you will be able to withdraw the funds to your personal bank account.
