How to unblock my account or get any information about it from Payoneer?

My account and all cards, including considerable funds, was blocked by Payoneer for "internal review" 2 weeks ago. It is impossible to get any useful information about it from Payoneer. The support can not say what this "internal review" is about or how long will it take.
For me as a customer, it is impossible to distinguish this behaviour from an ordinary scam. I can not imagine a normal bank would behave this way.

Does anybody else have similar experiences? Is there a solution?

How can I get some useful information from Payoneer about my account?

I would like to cancel my account and any business relations with Payoneer and withdraw my money. How can I do it?
