My Card got blocked while I am trying to receive payment.

I was trying to receive my first payment, so I have sent payment request and client did maid a payment. But the payment was not processed and my card is blocked. I can't understand why this happened! I have submitted all my documents. Pls help me out by solving this problem. How can I unblock my card and receive payment?
