Global Payment Service verification

Hey,

does anyone here have any experience with the global payment service verification process? i received a payment through the service and was told that my account will not be funded until the service is verified, i sent in the documents and questionnaire that they asked since late October but it hasn't been verified yet, does anyone know how i can solve this issue?

    Hi!

    The Global Payment Service is capable of receiving payments from the moment the service is set up. The verification for the details applies to both your line of service and the source of where the majority of your payments derive from.

    Providing information in advance helps verify the details quickly, however the review process can only commence once you begin receiving the payments through the collection bank details found in your account.

    When a payment is received, Payoneer is able to begin to review the the source of where the funds originated from. After several payment reviews when Payoneer is able to fully establish the line of service and the source of where the funds originate from, the status of the Global Payment Service will be set to approved, thus reducing review times in the future and applying the payments quicker to your balance.
