Failed to login

Hi, today i received my card, and as stated in the letter that come with it, i went to to activate it. My problem is that the website does not recognize my email as valid, in confusion, i also tried other emails to see if it was my problem, but sadly, it was not the case. Now i have a card, but i am not able to activate it nor use it.


How can i solve this issue.
