ROMI, can you please take a look ? - Reset Password Email Not Arrived

Hi Romi, if you see this message, i am asking for your help. I am having a hard time resetting my password. I forgot my old password since i did not sign to my account for a long time, now i am back at home and want to sign in, but when i press Reset Password, i input my username and the System send back the message : An email with a reset password link has been sent to you.

Well, the tricky part is that i never received this email, i look into my Spam as well, no email received ! I cannot reset my password via phone verification neither, as there is no such option.

Can you please help me with this issue ?

    Hi,same problem with me when i contact payoneer customer care they said your email is not link with any payoneer account . I never access my account after this.
    If you know solution help me also

    Hi mate, i don;t know if this is true or not, but i have received an email and they said my account has been transfered to FirstChoisePay and i have to order my new card from them. Is this some sort of Spam or does really Payoneer works with FirstChoisePay ?
