ROMI, can you please take a look ? - Reset Password Email Not Arrived
Hi Romi, if you see this message, i am asking for your help. I am having a hard time resetting my password. I forgot my old password since i did not sign to my account for a long time, now i am back at home and want to sign in, but when i press Reset Password, i input my username and the System send back the message : An email with a reset password link has been sent to you.
Well, the tricky part is that i never received this email, i look into my Spam as well, no email received ! I cannot reset my password via phone verification neither, as there is no such option.
Can you please help me with this issue ?

It sounds like your account was transitioned to Firstchoicepay during your extended absence. The reason for the transition is because the companies you were working with changed payment platforms.

Hi,same problem with me when i contact payoneer customer care they said your email is not link with any payoneer account . I never access my account after this.

Hi mate, i don;t know if this is true or not, but i have received an email and they said my account has been transfered to FirstChoisePay and i have to order my new card from them. Is this some sort of Spam or does really Payoneer works with FirstChoisePay ?0
