Payoneer to Payoneer Transfer

@Adam_Payoneer I have face the same problem. When i want to transfer my account balance to another payoneer user that's show me the message is "Before you can make a payment,You need to receive additional payments". But i already receive payment from an marketplace and it's show on my payoneer USD account balance. But i can't transfer to another payoneer user. I try to contact with Payoneer Customer Care. But i can't. Please provide me a link of Payoneer Customer Care or please you solve my problem. My customer ID is 24770402. Thanks

The ability to pay other Payoneer users depends on the level of activity you have with Payoneer.
Payoneer as a core service on one hand is designed to first and foremost assist users in receiving payments from clients and companies world wide, whereas on the other is lets companies disburse payments to a large audience of freelancers, sellers and other service providers through a single platform.

In your particular case, you plan to collect your pay through Payoneer while at the same time you wish to disburse the funds to some of the contractors/employees that work with you. This is most definitely possible, but before being able to utilize this function as both a receiving and paying Payoneer user, you need to start getting paid to the account.

This can be done through Payoneer's Billing Service, Global Payment Service or companies that payout through Payoneer.

Receiving payments from other Payoneer users or ewallets will not count towards the ability to start paying other Payoneer users.
