My Account is Blocked

Good eve,
I tried to withdraw my payment from Upwork to my bank through Payoneer. But, when I came to the final step to confirm the withdraw, I put wrong details to my Secret Answer, and i got blocked just for 1 Attempt, and I couldn’t log in again.

and I don't have a Driver License and Passport, I do have only a Company ID and UMID ID any of my ID they agree?
