On the 23rd of December, Payoneer alerted me of a charge on my account, and asked me to reply them immediately, if I didn't authorise the charge. I replied them promptly.

However, few days later, the charge was moved from the pending authorisation page to the debit page of my account.

I have written several mails but no reply as to what will happen to my money as it has been deducted despite my mail , which I wrote back saying I didn't authorise it.

Furthermore my card is blocked and Payoneer advised me to request for another. Which I have done but no reply yet.

Please I need help.

    Thank you for letting us know. It may sometimes take up to 3 business days (Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days) to be contacted back. But don't worry this issue is being handled, also make sure to dispute the unauthorized transaction in order to receive your funds back.
