Connecting my google adsense to my payoneer

Hello, I am from Pakistan but I have to add the account details from a US bank account in my adsense so I did. I used the global payment service and took the info and added it to the adsense payment method. They said they transferred less than $1 amount to verify the account I provided but its been days I didnt receive any amount in my Payoneer. Adsense also gives me an error regarding the payoneer account I provided "Your payout amount is more than your chosen form of payment can accept in your country. To continue getting paid, please choose a new payment method"

Can anyone help please. I have been waiting for days.
