No Option to Request New Card Before it Expired

My Payoneer card expired without any notifications. We are supposed to be notified within 90 days of the expiry date.
An auto-reply email from Payoneer support suggests that we can login, select the card, and a message will display informing us of the expiry. That is not true. There is no message available now or before it expired.
Due to the Payoneer systems not functioning as they should, I have no way to order a new card so cannot retrieve the funds deposited to that card.
Payoneer has very limited access to support for a company that has customers across the globe. Chat should be available 24/7.
Has anyone in similar situation managed to get their card quickly?
