My Account is Blocked... Please Help Me

My account was blocked because I misapplied the security question when transferring to a local bank. After that, I contacted Payoneer and they asked for some data, such as ID Card number, date of birth, and others. I contacted Payoner on January 1, 2018 and until now I have not received a reply from them. I want to ask, to unblock it, how long will it take?
