My card hasn't arrived although I ordered it multiple times

It started when I didn't received my payoneer mastercard. I clicked on Haven't received your card and i waited for the second card, then for the third, still haven't received. After opening my account after so many days, I cant see "Haven't received your card" anywhere. Plus my first card is activated although I didn't receive it. Can anyone help me please?

    It sounds like you should contact the support center in order for a representative to verify why it happens and if your card has really been activated.

    let me correct. Activate button is there but haven't recieved link is not there

    Im not receved my payoneer card im complain most of time but not any action . Im apply now 3 rd time but not arrived not send my adress please help me

    The card are sent to the address we receive from our customers and because they are sent via regular mail, there is no tracking number we can locate them with. We also do not have control over local post offices.

    We do offer the option to receive the card via expedite shipping for more information, you can directly contact our support center

    If you card is now arriving, go to your local postal office and meet the person who deliver posts at your area. Get his phone number and tell him that when he receive your post then will give you a ring on your phone. He will do it as this is easy for him to deliver (by not going on door step)

    I had the same issue with the GBP card. My first card was not arrived and missing. I contacted the postal person and was able to contact me once the payoneer sent a new one. These card gets lost easily. The main reason I saw is the address is not mentioned clearly. The address should be easy to understand and try to give more detail on it.
