Bank statement from Amazon. Where is this in Payoneer?

Hello! I'm an Amazon seller. And I need a 1 bank account statement. I read forums and they said that I need to text a message to Payoneer support to get this documents. I hope you can help me. Thank you!)

    There are two ways to receive an official statement for Amazon;

    The first way is to request it from our support center; In order to issue the document, our representatives will request additional documents, such as your ID (if needed) and the confirmation letter (the form is sent to you via email, you will need to fill it in and send it back).

    The second option is to directly download the statement from Amazon Store Manager; it can only be done once your Global Payment details are connected to your Amazon Store. If it is connected, you will see the option to download the statement from within your online Payoneer account ; From the main menu, go to Activity, Amazon Store Manager then, choose the Amazon store that is connected with the Global Payment Service account you need a statement for.

    Hello, i also need bank accout statement, but when i try to connect Live Chat, i cant find the right subject. So; the system always refuse to connect Live Chat. Could you please help me?

    This is an automatically generated e-mail, please do not reply.
    Thank you for contacting Payoneer. The e-mail address to which you have sent your message does not accept incoming messages.

    I have only 26 days to get official Payoneer Bank Account Statement format

    Can somebody help me with it?
