Any new coming funds not load to my card

I replace my old blocked card with new card and funds loaded to it successfully but any new coming funds to my account present on usd balance and not loaded to card what's the problem ?

    Basically, every activity, including your funding sources and payments, are directly transferred to the new card once it has been activated. If your payments were not loaded, you should directly contact our support center in order to verify what is the reason.
