Linking payoneer mastercard to paypal

I understand how verification work in paypal (PP):
1) Adding credit card (including all numbers)
2) PP will charge a few amount on card as long that thing is activated and have fund in
3) We enter confirmation code (seeing on statement) into paypal
4) Once the card is confirmed it can then be used for online purchases

Can payoneer card be used as online purchases through paypal when all the are done?

There tons of comments saying paypal does not accept bank from payoneer and no point in trying this on paypal right?

Again there way too cons against what I am asking

    The Payoneer prepaid card can be used for online purchases with PayPal if the website accepts prepaid cards and if you have available balance on it to cover the amount of the purchase.

    Ok, but is it possible linking that card to my Canadian Paypal account?

    Several place I read in order to link a US card can only be possible for US Paypal accounts
