Unable to Withdraw to Bank Account

I am unable to withdraw my funds to my local bank account as I get the error message "We’re sorry but the application has encountered an error in processing your request. Please try again later" Any Ideas what this problem is since I have never encountered this before. I recently submitted my photo ID and got a confirmation email from Payoneer that everything is in order. Thanks
