Wrong BIC

I received a payment from Appen, but I found out my BIC was wrong, I put the generic number for my bank account, and I think the transfer is coming back to you. I wonder what should I do? Can I change my account detail and put a new count where you can transfer the payment? I hope I won't lose my money!

    If your payment has been sent to the wrong account number, it will bounces back to your Payoneer account. In order to read about how to change your bank account details, you can visit our FAQ page, also please make sure to contact our support in order to make sure the payment is loaded to the correct bank account.

    Thank you! i've already change the bank account details, how can I know when the payment will be back to you? Will you load it automatically to the new registered bank account?

    It takes between 1-5 business days for a payment to be transferred to the bank and it may take the same time to be transferred back. Once the payment bounces back, you will be informed via email.
    Then, we recommend that you contact the support in order to let them know to which bank account you would like the payment to be transferred.
