Can i buy liquor with my payoneer prepaid card?

Hi i'm Jose, i've long time using payoneer but never realized this.

I was reading the payoneer terms and conditions and i found this:

Section 17. PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS

"It is strictly forbidden to make or receive payments as consideration for or in connection with:
- Drugs, alcohol, or drug paraphernalia, or items that may represent these uses;
- Donations;
"

So those points mean that i cannot buy liquor with my payoneer prepaid card! and also i have prohibited made donations on sites like goFoundMe ?

Hi Jose! The terms and conditions refer to the sources of your incomes meaning that it is forbidden to receive payments for having sold alcohol, drugs etc... or making a payment from your Payoneer account for that purpose, also receiving donation using our services is against our terms and conditions, however, you do have the right to use your card in order to donate or purchase in any point of sales where the card is accepted.
