Processing card load

My payment history is showing processing card load for last 40 days and since last 40 days my payments are not reflecting into my account . I talked to the customer support and they even did nothing about it and my issue is still unresolved even after 40 days. Can anyone help me with this.?

    Hi @Haroon_Aslam It sounds like a document was missing for the verification of your account and therefore the payment has yet to be loaded.
    In case this matter is still not resolved, we recommend you directly contact our support in order to verify what is the reason.
