Bank returned disputed cash amount but Payoneer still has it on hold

I made a dispute about atm not dispensing cash. However, i signed into my account, and realized the amount has been returned by the bank that owns the Atm, cause Payoneer has it in my recent transaction as credited back to my account. Payoneer, still holding onto my money, they have not released the money to me, they have it as pending authorization. A small sum of the money has been released to my account, which i can use but not all. Why is that?

    You dont need to do anything. If the ATM didn't given you the money and it would be reversed back to your payoneer account. This usually takes 24-48 hours and the payment is reversed back.

    If still the payment is not added to your account and coming as a pending authorization, wait for 1-2 days it will be reversed.
