Is there any way to reach customer support other than calling them?

Chat is apparently now available to certain customers and unfortunately I'm not one of them for some reason.
And as for the ticket system , Payoneer only provides automated responses.

I already called them twice and the call keeps getting dropped because i run out of credit ( international call rates are incredibly high for me)
I've sent them my query in email, no response.
Facebook as well, no response.

I'm new to Payoneer ( only two weeks or less) and I have received my first payment and I need to connect with support for several queries that cannot be answered via a FAQ page. This is not good way to deal with a new customer.

    On my screen presently my Live chat Icon deleted by payoneer. I have received payment from my customer . Its USD 20 . But its deducted from my customer credit card by payoneer . And my account says payment "Rejected " . They ask me to fill the form for approve this payment . I send all relevent details to them by 100% . Also they rejected . But still they not refund my customer USD 20 . Any body knows why is this ? Payoneer is real payment gateway??????

    Payoneer support is no exist at all. I never find such poorest support

    Ticket is pending since 5 days but no reply

    can I ask you how did you make a ticket in the first place?
