Account Blocked and document is been sent but not get response.

I create my account almost one month ago and Almost 10 days ago i was trying to withdraw my money from my payoneer account i am new user of payoneer and was trying to withdraw my funds for the first time but i forgot my security questions and enter wrong Answer three times after that my account gets blocked i contact to customer support and they ask me for documents i sent my documents and got response after 2 days that they said phooto of holding ID card is not clear please send it again so i captures a new and clear photo and sent it again but after after that i didn't get any response yet. someone please help me i am really Hassle about my account.

    It generally happens if the quality of the document provided is insufficient and our team in unable to authenticate it. We understand the inconvenience, however, it is important to keep in mind that our sole purpose it to keep the access to your account safe.
    If the quality of the document was insufficient, i recommend you provide a better quality in order for our support to help you regain access to your account as soon as possible.

    i have provided the document of better quality and the documents are clear on the second time. After four days of sending clear documents i got no response yet from support yet.

    Keep in mind that if a document is sent on Saturday or Sunday, it is only handled at the beginning of the week, during business days. The time it can take is up to three business days !
