Is the support working?

I got pissed off today, 5 days since my first request has been sent. I've been waiting for chat support for 4 hours and when I finally got to "you are number 1 in queue" the chat sys shut down and informed me, that I was cancelled... Thank you, I really don't have other job beside waiting for that kind of answer.
All I want is my small balance to transfer from my old inactive card to my new active card, so I could use my hard earned pocket money.
If there is an error on my side, the support should inform me... That's what support is supposed to exist for.
What should I do?
