Yesterday my account was blocked without any raison, the online chat with customer service was the last activity I did using my account 05/03/2018.
Today I recieved my credit card and I can't use it cause my account is blocked, I tried find a solution by calling the support by phone but they say is related to general terms & conditions, I'm surprised.

Any help would be appreciated ?
