I added a new bank to my account to try withdrawing my fund. Why are they sending me a new card?

I am using fiverr debit card. I only added a new bank account so I could maybe try withdrawing my funds to my local bank. And I received an e-mail saying that my request for a new card was approved and now it's on its way. I contacted to the customer care because I dont want the card. They are telling me that "we no longer are able to send new payments to the previous card due to payment provider change. We kindly request to activate the card once you get it." I don't understand and I want to still be using my fiverr card. Can you help me with this?
