Account Blocked due to Wrong Security Question in 3 attemps

So when I withdraw my payoneer money to my local bank account it needs to enter my security questions. In my 3 attempts its all wrong and automatically locked my account. I already email a multiple times for an confirmation that I am responsible for my mistakes. it says 30mins. its been 5hrs now and its still locked. I need to transfer money asap. please help me. thanks
