Impossible to ship with DHL?

Hello, I already ordered a card and it got approaved, now when trying to contact the support center to send it via DHL (by choosing the right category) I always get this message:
(I have more than 100$ in my account)

We see that a card has not yet been issued for your account.

Currently, you can access your payments by using the Withdraw to Bank service to withdraw your funds to your local bank account from any of your currency balances. For more information regarding the service, such as how to initiate a withdrawal, please visit our Withdraw to Bank FAQ.

If you prefer the Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard® to access your funds the option to order the card will become automatically available on your online Payoneer account once you have received at least $30 in payments (or the equivalent in another currency).

Once you have received $30 in payments, please contact us again and we will assist you with ordering your card via expedited shipping.
