Account Blocked

My acc was blocked and i cant log in to contact the customer support, i cant do nothing. How can i regain access to my account?

    @lipinskivictor You can contact the support center via email and explain that your account is blocked. Our representatives will forward the request to the department that handles inquiries related to account access. They will contact you back in order to request the necessary documents for verification and help you regaining access to your account.

    But the point is why account is blocked and what about the balnce some one has in his payoneer account at the time payoneer decided to block it

    @Nasir_Ali The account gets automatically blocked after three failed attempts to provide the system with the correct security answer. This is done to ensure the safety of your account and your funds and therefore no one will access the funds on your balance. In order to resolve that issue, please contact our support center.

    My account was locked because of a typo.
    I've been in touch with Payoneer twice, but I did not get a response.
    Can someone tell me what to do?

    Hi @shamim25 You can still contact our support without logging in. Just make sure to click" If you are unable to log in or do not have a Payoneer Account please click Continue " when accessing our contact page.

    This will let you send an email to our support team for assistance with logging into your account.

    @GianmarcoPayoneer my account blocked, then I chat with your agent, they asked for documents, I provided that, then USUALLY how much time it take to verify the documents?

    @mansoor139 Once you submit the requested documents it is best you contact our support team again to have the documents sent to the correct department. The review process can take 3 to 5 business days.

    @mansoor139 You will still need to wait the time frame. Once there is an update you will be notified via email.

    Please Help us, Don't tell lies. You should work with your responsibilities. Really, Payoneer services is very poor.

    I didn't get any answer of my email to customer services till now, It is approx 26 days.

    Improve your service and try to recreate trust to the user and made them to cry, I whole month income is left blocked with payoneer account.

    Please Don't try to skip your work and help us.

    This is crazy from payoneer. My account was blocked without any valid reason. No email recieved, no any violation. I have called payoneer customer support for more than 7 times. I was told everything will be ready within 3 business days. 15 days is counting now. What is all this. I'm fed up already. I work on fiverr and I have lot money to withdraw to payoneer but you guys block my account without any valid reason. Is that how big firm like you suppose to be doing?

    @GianmarcoPayoneer I have called for several times. They didnt ask me anything. What I was told was that they will send my request to the perfect department and my account will be resolve within business days

    If I call again, the customer care still have nothing else to say than that. Why can't the necessary department pick my call and ask me any information to bring my account back? They always direct my request to the department and the department did nothing

    @getinpreneur sadly I am facing a similar issue, my account was blocked with no warning and I had funds in it. Payoneer keeps telling me the same thing when I call on how to access my funds. it's been a month and I'm really concerned if my fund would be released as I need to pay for my tuition fees.
    Payoneer has really been great to me a long time now they just turn cold on me, not fair

    @GianmarcoPayoneer please advise on a 'reasonable' timeline on when i can access my funds or will i ever be able to still access it?
