The Security Measures Is good But It takes tooooooooo long to fix or regain the account.
Please be aware how urgent the people need to get or update their account. Like I experience My account Locked couz I type Wrong 3 times. Please our money what we are talking here. Please Change your System. Yes its our Mistake and it is our responsibility to memorize our pass/security info. Security Measures are amazing. Problem is when we want to regain or verify that we do our mistake and not a hacker or what takes sooooooo long.

    The account gets automatically blocked after three failed attempts to provide the system with the correct security answer. This is done to ensure the safety of your account and your funds because your account is an online account.

    In order to regain access to your account, please contact our support, you can do it via Chat, email or by phone. Our representatives will forward a request to the team that handles inquiries related to account access, which will then contact you back in order to request for verification details.

    Your system is very slow seriously. I registerd my complaint about not getting request a payment option but still didnt get reply. Very disappointing service

    The review may take up to a few business days. During the review, the team verify if the line of business as well as the additional information our customers provide comply with the terms and condition of the service requested.
