Where is my funds?

I'm a returning Payoneer user and recently sent some funds to my account, but I had issue with bank withdrawal since I don't have USD balance (I registered a prepaid card account back then).

After having a chat with your customer service, Damian, he suggested me to create a new account and he'll help me transfer my funds from my old account to the new one. And so I did.

But the thing is, my new account now has been approved and yet the funds is still not there. I'm not sure whether it's still being processed or not, but I don't see any indication of it happening so here I am asking you guys once more.
