Please help! I haven't received my card and am being told to activated it!

Hello! Please I ordered for the MasterCard some month ago. I didn't receive it at all. I have forgotten about it. But now I am expecting a payment from a funding source which seems to be paying into my card( which I don't have nor have activated.)
1. When my source pays will it be in my card only or can I send it out using the make a payment?
2. How can I remove the cards from my account since I don't have them.
Please help!!!

Hi @Chux when you apply for a card account, you first need to activate the card in order for you to be able to access your funds. If you haven't received your card yet, you should have the possibility to order a replacement card from your Payoneer account, check out our FAQ page to see how it can be done

I haven't received it.
I received payment to the card I want the payment in my USD account please0 -
