Immediate load is not working

Anyone having issue with IMMEDIATE LOAD ??

my transactions shows as pending. Its been 16hours I still didn't get the FUNDS they deducted $3 for immediate load but I still didn't get it. Customer care is not even replying to my messages this is a disaster.

    Hi @mshan It sounds like a document is missing for verification. In that case and email is usually sent to your email address, the one you provided when you registered in order to request for the document that is missing. Once the approval department has received and verified the document the payment is loaded to the balance.

    This is done to ensure the security of your account and your funds.
