Payoneer card has expired. No "Renew Card" option on the website

My Payoneer card has expired. but i did not see "Renew Card" option on the website.

I've contacted customer support via email last week, waited 3 working days but still no reply till today.

please help me with this, thanks.

    Hello!

    so i was working on fiverr and i wanted to withdraw my money so i read about the withdraw to bank account using payoneer and the minimum amount to send the money to payoneer is 20$ so i thought i could withdraw it to my bank account now without any issue. anyway, on 29 Dev 2017 i sent my only 21$ to payoneer so i can withdraw and what i saw shocked me , that the minimum amount to withdraw is 50$ so its kinda a trap , i tried to collect another 30$ but i cant atm because my pc needs alot of things and my money stuck here for 3 months and i cant get it , i really need my money so is there another way to withdraw or find another solution to get it ? i would be so much appreciate it!

    Contacted customer service 1 week ago, still no response, that's why I am posting here, I have no where to turn to especially customer service don't even read my email. Please help.

    @Dan_Payoneer I am experiencing the same problem. I have also sent a message to customer care and there has been no response. My card has also expired and I did not get an email to request a new card. Is there something wrong at customer care? I have sent my message over a week ago and still no response and yes it has been well over three working days. All I get is an automatic reply from customer care that does not address the issue. I've joined this forum because I am unable to get through to customer care.

    Hi there. @anhnhHD, recently we have had some holidays pass, which may have caused a delay in you receiving a response on your email to the support team. I would suggest sending a new message, or contacting us by live chat or phone support. An agent should be able to help you order the card right then.

    My USD Card expired and I did'nt see option to renew it so ordered the Euro Card and thanks I've received and activated it.The problem is that I used my USD Global Payment Service to receive a Payment in USD and it went directly into my expired USD card instead of the active Eur Card. Please how do I withdraw my funds or at least have it moved to the Active Euro Card please. I am in dire need and need no further delay on this. Customer ID; 11618502

    @Chuksy1 You cannot move the funds to the EURO card because it is a different currency. You will need to reach out to our support team so they can assist you in issuing a new USD card
