Hi My payoneer card has been expired and I've ordered a new payoneer card and its activated already. But when I log in to my account I still see the message "Your card will expire on 0.6/2018. Please click here to reissue a new card" And my funds from the current card are not transferred to the new "Activated" card. I don't know if my new card now is ready for using?
Thanks!

Dear @ElectronicMK You can order a new card and once you'll receive and activate it, the remaining funds on your first card will be transferred to the new one.

Hi, I've already got the new card home and its activated already, but my question is there is still the message on my first card "Your card will expire on 0.6/2018. Please click here to reissue a new card"
and the funds are still there on the first card, since my second new card is with 0 balance. So my question is can I use the new card now and why there is still the message ?

Dear @ElectronicMK it sounds like you've ordered a new card from a different currency, instead of using the link that was provided to order a new card instead of the expired one.

I recommend you directly contact our support center via email, chat or by phone at 1-646-658-3695

Yes @Cristale_Payoneer that's correct. The cards are different currency, the old one is in USD since the new ordered card is in EU.
If I can use the new card now, than that's not a problem, I don't need to order again a new card in USD.

Because the currency is different you won't be able to use it to receive your USD payments. You should order the new card.

I have the same problem, but I did not order a new currency I simply ordered a new card. Now I have a card in EUR currency but it looks like i will have to wait for weeks to get another new card in US$ as I have always had.

Hi there, sounds like you ordered a new currency card.

We would suggest to contact our customer support whenever you have a card that has expired, as they have to order a new one for you. They would also make sure you would receive the correct card.

I'd suggest paying for the expedited shipping, if you have enough.

    Thanks!
