My bank account was not approved. I can not delete it or add a new account. I have emailed to customer care several times, but I did not get any response. Also, I could not contact with live chat. What can I do now?

    Dear @jobayerbabul

    A possible reason for you to not be able to change the bank account details would be that the account is not fully approved.

    If you haven't received an email from our approval team asking you to provide the necessary document, i recommend you directly contact our support center via email with the copy of a bank statement and your request added to the email.

    You request will be handled within a few business days, do not worry!
