My account is blocked

Hi, My account is blocked about 15 days due to fail of attempt answering security question. I forgot answer. I sent mail several times, but no reply. How can i do? pls suggest.

    For entered wrong security question answer my account is locked from last 7 days. I was sent 4 message customer support. After 2 days they replied & that wanted my ID number, Birth day NID copy & My image with a small piece of paper. I gave them all by reply. My account still locked. What can i do?

    So One day I was trying to login to my Account and I forgot my password, after resetting it I was asked to answer the security question which I did also forget, for that My account has been Locked please anyone helps me?

To unlock it, please contact the support center, our representative will forward your request to the team that handles inquiries related to account access. They will contact you back to ask you for verification details and help you regaining access to your account.

    Hi!
    My account was blocked due to security question 3 wrong attempts and i cant log in to my account. Contacted the customer support, and sent all required documents prrof. 3 days passed but still not received any email back response.
    I cant do noting because live chat system does not work without login.

    Will appreciate if someone from payoneer support can look into it, and resolve it soon.

    @Farid_bdvi24 Thank you for contacting us, we are sorry to hear about your experience and understand the inconvenience, however, the response time is usually up to three business days, Friday and Saturday do not count as business days.

    You should be contacted very soon, but don't forget that you can in anyway still use your card in order to access your funds.

    Also if you need to, you can contact our team via social media channels.

    Still waiting for customer support staff response back email after submited required documnets proof.

    i have a problem when i tried to withdraw my balance into my bank account. I forgot the security questions and wrong input in 3 attempts and my account got locked. Please help me.. i need to restore my account.
    i already sent Several Emails to Payoneer Customer Care but they are not replying to my email please help me

    I Am also facing same problem. and still waiting for customer support back email.

    Hi @Faridbd24 In order to resolve this issue, please contact our support center directly. You inquiry will be forwarded to the department that handles inquiries related to account access. They will contact you back in order to request for verification details and help you regain access to your account.

    I have submitted my documents recently but today when i logged in status of my documents approval my account is blocked, can you please tell me whats going on?
