For entered wrong security question answer my account is locked from last 7 days. I was sent 4 message customer support. After 2 days they replied & that wanted my ID number, Birth day NID copy & My image with a small piece of paper. I gave them all by reply. My account still locked. What can i do?0

So One day I was trying to login to my Account and I forgot my password, after resetting it I was asked to answer the security question which I did also forget, for that My account has been Locked please anyone helps me?0

Hi!
My account was blocked due to security question 3 wrong attempts and i cant log in to my account. Contacted the customer support, and sent all required documents prrof. 3 days passed but still not received any email back response.
I cant do noting because live chat system does not work without login.
Will appreciate if someone from payoneer support can look into it, and resolve it soon.0 -
@Farid_bdvi24 Thank you for contacting us, we are sorry to hear about your experience and understand the inconvenience, however, the response time is usually up to three business days, Friday and Saturday do not count as business days.
You should be contacted very soon, but don't forget that you can in anyway still use your card in order to access your funds.
Also if you need to, you can contact our team via social media channels.
