To Whom it might concern:
Hi, I am resident in DR and many phones here have +1 829 prefix while you only provide older +1 809. I tried once to get 809 number just because you have the wrong ones but are quite limited in DR now. Can you please fix this problem? Not possible to register.

This is in registration form. Impossible to register that way, and I think DR prefix is +1 not +1809. Of course since i can't regiser I can't get more "personal" support as you say. This is nonsense. A vicious cycle you have created I think payoneer should provide better way of communication to users.0
