Does Payoneer offer some way of receiving a bank transfer from a Chinese company?

I work for a Chinese company as an English teacher (ABCTutor), and they pay via bank transfer. I would like to be paid via Payoneer, ie. to a virtual US bank account since they pay me in USD, and then use the mastercard for shopping online, withdrawing via ATMs, POS shop payments etc.
Is it possible to do so with the account number ACN on Payoneer + mastercard? The company is located in HK, its incorporated there and sends payments from there.
