Payment not received yet nor confirmation

Hello everyone.
Its my 2nd time business with payoneer, first time it all worked very well.
My client paid me on last sunday (15/04/2018). i didn't receive any email from payoneer that my payment request was accepted / paid. i waited another day for the email but still NO. i sent many emails to customer care (no replies) except the auto ones. i also tried live chat, never got connected! i'm tired of this. can't get my own money and its been 5-6 days already. if anyone here has same issue? will i ever get my money or the reply from customer care? my client sent me a screenshot and the payment was done!
