AUD cards

Hello!

I'm going to work with Amazon Australia, so I'll use an AUD account.
Is there a plan to add Payoneer AUD cards? Not it's only USD, EUR and GBR.

Hi ! You can apply for the service, meaning to add this currency to your Payoneer account in order to receive payments from Amazon Australia. You can either apply by contacting the support center and request for the service or you can apply from your online account, via the "Global Payment Service" menu, you can choose "AUD" and then click on "request now". In case you don't see that option, then just contact the support center directly.

Today I had a chat with payoneer customer care and what they said was "AUD does not support card".

So only way is to withdraw money to bank account (wire transfer)

    1) Log in to your My Account.
    2) Click on Withdraw >> To bank account

Select your bank account, add amount you wish to withdraw and click on review

Second option is to convert them into USD, GBP or EURO so that you can your payoneer card.

    1) Log in to your My Account.
    2) Click on the "Activity" tab and choose "Manage Currencies"
    3) Choose the balances you want to transfer between.
    4) Enter the amount you wish to convert. You can either enter the amount you wish to convert, or the amount you wish to receive after conversion.
    5) Choose "Get Rate" to view the exchange rate you will be charged.
    6) Click "Exchange" to complete the conversion.

Does Payoneer have any plans to have an AUD card?
I recently joined Payoneer and don't see an AU bank account available let alone a card.

Hi @peterfreelancernz. Currently we don't offer an AUD card, but we are working hard to enable this service in the future. We will let our customer know once this option is available.
