Transaction Pending

I am a freelancer at fiverr. Yesterday i tried to withdraw 100 dollars from my fiverr account.In fiverr it shows withdraw successful.However in my payoneer account transaction shows pending.The balance is now zero. I have also given proper bank details .Can someone help me out ?

    If your method of payment is the direct bank transfer then the funds will be loaded to your bank account and not to the balance.
    You should maybe contact the support center in order to verify what is the method of payment on your account.

    Im a freelancer and merchant on Google I use Google pay as a payment portal and I collet money through there without hassle..recently I receive a transaction and it has been pending for days now..I have submitted documents required of me ,now I'm waiting endlessly. ..I see the money in my transactions but it says pending approval...pls I need help to know what's going on wit my money
