Hello
I want to use my payoneer card in local store (never tried that before yet) always doing purchases online , but my account have USD currency not any other currency . I live in country with a different currency.
My question is if here automatic currency conversion in swipe card machine while cashier processing my transaction ? or if he made transaction for example 100 GBP currency it will actually took 100 USD currency not 100 GBP ?
regards

> Hi, there is a percentage based currency conversion to using the card in a different currency. With regards to how the transaction will reflect in your online account, if the card is in USD, it will show up in USD.
> When you use the prepaid card in an online point sale, store, or ATM, we recommend to add a few more Dollars available for the purpose of fees, or pending transactions. Let me know if my explanation makes sense please
Hello Dan ,

No it won't, it will be automatically charged, but the fee for using the card in point of sales is different, usually lower, the reason is that transactions made at the ATM include the fee charged by the ATM itself, the fee charged for the transaction itself, as well as the fee for the currency conversion.
You can find an overview of fees here: https://www.payoneer.com/fees/ If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to ask.
