I was using my payoneer account to get payments from Apple for 2 years but this month my payment is failed I received e-mail below from Apple:

"
iTunes Connect

Dear *****,

Your payment was returned by your bank. No description or reason was provided. If you need to update your bank information, go to the Contracts, Tax, & Banking Information module.
Apple Payment Reference Number:

Bank: FIRST CENTURY BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCI - ****7060

Payment Date: May 03, 2018

Payments cannot be made to you until you resolve this issue.

Regards,

The iTunes Connect Team

I checked with support but I could not get any useful response. They told me maybe this is because of transfer type, I need to use ACH instead of fed wire but Apple won't let me do this.

Payoneer needs to resolve issues with Apple.

Hi @mturan Are you saying that you as a developper cannot receive ACH transfers and only wire transfers? Is this your only option as a non US resident to receive payments? Please check with Itunes, what other ways to offer to collect payments.

    Hello Cristale,
Apple's iTunes is payment settings don't give any option to select ACH or Wire(I belive you know this).I was using same setup since 2 years but starting from this month my Apple payments are rejected. Apple saying that you should check with your bank but I cannot get cause of issue from my bank which is payoneer. If someone check my payoneer account detailed maybe issue will shop up.

Another information from apple official page:

    "How are payments made?
All payments are made by Electronic Funds Transfer. When available, payments are sent by low value ACH, as opposed to high value wire transfer."

Experiencing the same issue. The payment for August from Apple was returned. Used First Century Bank credentials. This is the first issue in several years with payments from Apple to my Payoneer account.

Payoneer support just replied that they cannot help if Apple stopped to support virtual bank credentials. Asked them if anyone else is having trouble with Apple, waiting for the reply.

Apple support team just recommended to check with Payoneer. Payoneer is not a bank so Apple told they cannot help.

So, anyone else is having issues with payments from Apple? Or it is just me and several other unfortunate Payoneer users?

Update: Payoneer support replied that they do not provide other accounts' details. And recommended to get help from Apple support. Looks like Payoneers users have to find out the cause of the issue by themselves.

@NikolaiS Our Global Payment Service details can be used to receive payments from any company as long as they support the use of it. Keep in mind that the decision of honoring any payment service falls upon the sender of the funds, in which case you will need to check what payment options are available to you.

@morga I assumed that the problem is with Apple. So I tried the second First Century Bank account Payoneer provides. Voila, it worked! The second payment successfully made through.

So, the issue was either with the first FCB account I used until now, or it was an intermittent glitch with payment to Payoneer like some users describe.

BTW, what branch of Banks of America should I choose when selecting the according account and ABA routing number? There are multiple possible addresses for this routing number. No such issues with First Century Bank.

@NikolaiS We are glad to hear it worked! If you need the address for the US Payment Service details, contact our support team so they can further advise
