USD option just disappeared from my account!!

All I did was to add a global payment service, and now it shows a bunch of currencies like, euro, jpy, gbp, and all, it also shows usd. but whenever i try to request payment or order a card it only shows euro and GBP. How on earth do I turn USD back on???

I searched on google for hours, found nothing. I am too frustrated to even ask this question. I tried to send a message to payoneer contact us, and it keeps telling me to select a sub-topic under a sub-topic, and these topics are soo specfic that all they do is just send an automated email saying its resolved!!! Is this some sort of joke?? Is there no way to create a ticket or raise an issue!

Help me out guys!

    Hi @tahmidrafi From what you describe, we understand that you cannot reorder a new USD card and that you are experiencing a very specific issue. You have the option to contact our support again via email and whenever you receive an automated reply saying it is resolved, reply back with your request. If you are not able to find a topic that matches your request, just choose a related one.

    Hi, thanks for your response. first of all, let me apologize for my seemingly rude post. As you can understand I was quite frustrated. Anyway, I have provided necessary information to you through PM. Should I reply to the "resolved email" as well?
