What do I need to do?

This is my first time using payoneer and I currently have a payment on hold. They sent me an email saying "Thanks for choosing Payoneer!
The website address you provided in your Merchant Application Form needs to be updated.
In order to process your application, please reply to this email and supply an address for a valid website or a direct link to your Social Media profile (Upwork, Fiverr, Linkedin, etc.) that shows examples of the products or the services that you provide.
Please make sure the links include mention of your name or shows your relation to the product/service.
Please, provide us with the following information:
1. Supporting documents that may help us establish your line of work - this may include work contracts, email correspondence, etc.
Please note that the Billing Service is a solution offered for business-related activities and is not intended for personal use."
I replied with my website link. That's the only proof I can think of. Is there any other alternative? It's embarrassing to say this but I am completely clueless as to what else I can fill. Thanks.

HI, I've provided the needed screenshots and answerved all the questions I'm needed to yet my payments have not been cleared into my account yet..what else should I do now. It's nearly two weeks and no responsor from support or payment approval department ..
