Bank account statement

Hello. Can anybody help me? I don't open amazon seller account because they said me upload bank account statement. I can't find anywhere. I wrote email to payoneer and anybody doesn't answer me.

    hey dear. I don't access to my amazon seller account because I don't have amazon seller account. I want to open amazon seller account, they (amazon) said me "you (me) need bank account statement" and I will get it from you

    no. because i don't have amazon seller account and also no seller id. when i try in activity -- amazon store bla bla the final stage i need seller id. and i need bank account statement. can you give me my account bank statement?
    they said me I will get it from you. why do you understand me?

    Yes we understand, in that case, you will have to contact the support center via email, chat or via phone at 1-646-658-3695 or via social media channels if you wish to!

    Your personel doesn't answer email or social media. I was sent all documentary via email but no answer. I didn't understand you. Why didn't work live chat ?
