I can't add a new bank to my payoneer account

Hello, can anybody help me please?
Actually I have a payment to receive and I haven't a bank account added to payoneer even I had done it when I created my account. The problem is: I can't add a new bank cause this option is not visible for me when i go to "bank accounts". What should I do? Is this a bug? Can anybody help me please???

    Hi @PedroCassiano it can happen if your account is not approved yet, or if your card is not active or expired. You should contact the support in order for a representative to verify your details and personally assist.

    Hi Pedro, I received your private message too. I have a reason to believe we are mixing a few terms here, and that's one of the reasons we are having discussions.
    Are we talking about collecting a payment from the developer market place you mentioned, or about withdrawing an existing revenue to your local bank account?
