I can't add a new bank to my payoneer account

Hello, can anybody help me please?
Actually I have a payment to receive and I haven't a bank account added to payoneer even I had done it when I created my account. The problem is: I can't add a new bank cause this option is not visible for me when i go to "bank accounts". What should I do? Is this a bug? Can anybody help me please???

    Hi @PedroCassiano it can happen if your account is not approved yet, or if your card is not active or expired. You should contact the support in order for a representative to verify your details and personally assist.

    yes, it replied saying that my message was undeliverable

    We can't f*ing contact your support team @morga , I am sorry for my language but I am starting to losing it seriously with your customer service which is horrible.

    We are only getting AUTOMATIC REPLIES when we try to contact you, WHAT CAN WE DO TO GET HELP FOR F SAKE??????
