I am not receiving payment from my client..!!

Hi, 2 months ago i received a mail from payoneer saying that for better service they are providing me a new prepaid card and my old card will be canceled automatically. So i received a new card and requested a payment to my client from the new card. my client approved the payment on 9th may, but the money is not been added to my card yet..!! i have informed the issue through chat with customer service, talking with them on the help line twice, they are just saying that they had transferred the issue to the relevant department but no possible solutions till now..!! I am not getting the payment. Please help me out, i really had to get that money from my client.

i received the last update on 18th may from the support centre, they said that the relevant will look into this matter. But no update after that!! the amount is taken from my clients account but the amount is not added to my account. Can you please help??0

I contacted in the chat 2 times, called to the phone 2 times and emailed once.0
